Education & Evaluation System:
Evaluation in school is important in determining the extent to which the aims and objectives are being attained. It is the evaluation of the student academic career at the end of a particular session that gives us the result of the teaching – learning experiences, provided in the classroom.
Here at Springdale High School, we give utmost importance in determining what students needs are. Test is taken on regular basis as to see whether a student is making any progress. Assignments are given to the students through which teachers are able to know which student is trying to learn and which student is not trying at all. If the progress of student is not satisfactory, parent-teacher meeting is called where discussion is made regarding ways of improving the student in school as well as at home.
SDHS goes through an well-planned syllabus wherein all chapters of every subjects needs to organize FA1, FA2, FA3, FA4, SA1 and SA2 in CCE pattern from the beginning of the academic session. A proper assessment of every student is made by their respective class teachers in the field of discipline, academic and uniform with gold, silver and green stars and merit certificate are given to encourage the students.

Grading system is their to have a proper assessment of the student, where the student can compete in achieving the highest grade possible.Teachers keep an anecdote on daily basis of what has been taught and whether students are participating during the class hours through a “Daily Lesson Plan”, which is checked on a regular basis by the school founder principal and the headmaster. Remedial classes are arranged by the teachers for the slow learners.
